Successful remake of the Jerry Lewis classic with top-notch FX.
The university campus is UCLA, Westwood on Los Angeles’ westside.
Filming also took place at the inevitable Millennium Biltmore Hotel, 506 South Grand Avenue, downtown Los Angeles, and in Beverly Hills.
The office of Dean Richmond (Larry Miller) is Mayfield Senior School, 500 Bellefontaine Street, Pasadena (the mansion of John Hammond in Steven Spielberg’s The Lost World).
The party is held in the grounds of the Huntington Library and Gardens, 1151 Oxford Road, San Marino, east of Pasadena. The house and grounds have been seen in plenty of other movies, including Indecent Proposal, American Wedding, Serenity and Memoirs of a Geisha.
Nutty Professor II: The Klumps returned to UCLA and USC (the University of Southern California, south of downtown) and Los Angeles’ exclusive Hancock Park district.
